Returns

Our return policy covers a duration of 14 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please ensure you retain the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note that items that have been opened and used are not eligible for a refund.
 

Please note that our Return Policy does not apply to products purchased using a discount code or a gift voucher.
 

Damages

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect the items promptly. Should you find any defects, damages, or if you receive the incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. This enables us to assess the issue and take appropriate corrective action.

Refunds

To initiate a return, kindly contact us at hello@oliveandblume.com, Items sent back to us without prior authorisation will not be accepted for return.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming the receipt of the item. Additionally, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once your return has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. It's important to note that the processing and posting of the refund by your bank or credit card company may take some time.

Shipping

The responsibility for covering the shipping costs associated with returning the item lies with you, the customer. Regrettably, shipping costs are non-refundable. In the event that you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
